At Gem Invest It is our company philosophy to establish higher benchmarks for quality management services for our clients. This is not your typical property management solution. We demand site offices and a list of the charges and services to be provided in advance. We investigate fully the background of the companies with who we partner for both site and rental management.

The primary aim of any rental management company is to provide tenants who pay their rents in a timely manner and look after our client’s property. To advertise through various channels to find tenants quickly, screen them and minimise rental void periods. We aim to provide tenants with a superb service from the moment that a tenant makes an enquiry, to renting out the property.
Just as important is to keep our clients informed and provide a feeling that their investment is protected, looked after and achieving the maximum yield returns with the minimum of inconvenience.

We are very careful in how we contract the site maintenance and rental management companies with whom we work with.
