When your investment property is completed most people do not have the time or expertise to fly out to their investment property and complete a snagging list.
We at Gem Invest realise the importance of this service which gives our clients peace of mind and ensures that the property is being delivered as expected. We use RICS qualified surveyors to verify the property and that all the works listed have been carried out. Contractually we insert a clause relating to this in your sales contract. Completion of the purchase can only take place after satisfactory completion of the snagging list.
